creating a cohesive event site

over the course of three years, I led the effort to make confluent’s website for current: the data streaming event more engaging and less disjointed. initially, the site was a couple static pages, that linked out to (or iframed in content from) a variety of different external pieces of event data, leaving the site looking lackluster and inconsistent, and degrading user experience.  

over the course of the years I worked on the site, i led the effort to move the site to webflow for easier content editing and massive reductions in the time it took create new pages, pulled in the various event platform APIs to get content all in one place and keep the styling consistent, while overall up leveled the site with engaging interactions and animation.
